What do I need to bring?

We provide mats, towels, equipment, and complimentary water. Come as you are.

Where can I park?

Metered street parking is available on Melrose Avenue and adjacent streets. There is also a public lot one block away at the public library at 625 N San Vicente Blvd. Please double-check street signs before leaving your car.

What if I arrive late?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. Once the instructor closes the door, the class has begun and we are unable to allow latecomers to enter.

Can I wear shoes in class?

Our classes are shoeless. If you have any specific concerns, please reach out to us before booking.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend classes.
