How do I redeem my store credit? (USA Customers)Updated 15 days ago

Store credit is applied directly to your Sporty & Rich account and can be used at checkout on any future order. Here's how:

Step 1: Sign in to your account

Make sure you're signed in before heading to checkout. Your store credit won't appear if you're logged out or checking out as a guest.

• Desktop: click the person icon in the top right corner of sportyandrich.com
• Mobile: tap the menu icon (☰) at the top of the page, then tap the person icon

Step 2: Add your items and head to checkout

Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.

Step 3: Apply your store credit

At the payment step, look for the "Store Credit" section and your available balance will be displayed there. Check the "Apply Store Credit" box to apply it toward your purchase.

Step 4: Complete your order

If your order total is higher than your store credit balance, simply pay the remaining amount with any other payment method.

A few things to know:

• Store credit can only be used on sportyandrich.com and it cannot be applied to in-store purchases
• You can check your current balance anytime by logging into your account
