How do I use use my gift card?Updated 14 days ago

Sporty & Rich gift cards are sent by email as a unique code. Here's how to redeem yours:

Step 1: Find your gift card email

Your gift card code will be sent to your email address from [email protected] with the subject line "Sporty & Rich [AMOUNT] Gift Card".

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact our team and we'll look into it for you.

Step 2: Add your items and head to checkout

Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual. You do not need to be signed in to redeem a gift card.

Step 3: Enter your gift card code

At the payment step, look for the "Discount code or gift card" field. Copy and paste your code exactly as it appears in the email and click "Apply." It will be automatically deducted from your order total.

Step 4: Confirm it's been applied

You'll see your gift card balance reflected in your order total. If your order total is higher than your gift card balance, simply pay the remaining amount with any other payment method.

A few things to know:

• Gift cards can only be used on sportyandrich.com and they cannot be used in-store
• If your code isn't working, double-check for any spaces or typos as codes are case sensitive
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
