We accept returns on eligible items that are new, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Not marked as Final Sale
- Item is new, unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
- All original tags and packaging are attached and intact
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Sporty & Rich reserves the right to decline any return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Beauty products
- Archive Sale items
- Books
- Any item marked Final Sale at time of purchase
In-Store vs Online Purchases
- Items purchased in store must be returned in store
- Online orders must be returned by mail
- Online orders cannot be returned in store
- Online orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed
Return Shipping Cost
U.S. Returns
A prepaid return label will be generated for you through our returns portal. The cost of the label will be calculated and shown before you confirm, no surprises. The label cost and original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
Return shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your return, and your selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes required to send the item back to the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. You will always see the full cost breakdown before confirming your return request. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Canadian customers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes on returned items.
Return Authorization
All returns must be initiated through our returns portal before sending. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. Sporty & Rich reserves the right to decline any return at our discretion.
