Return shipping is not free, but costs are always shown to you before you confirm your request and deducted from your refund — no surprise charges.

U.S. Returns

U.S. returns are processed through our online returns portal. A prepaid return label will be generated for you, with the cost calculated and displayed before you confirm — no surprises. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

Return shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your return, and your selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes required to send the item back to the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. You will always see the full cost breakdown before confirming your return request.

Please note: original shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Canadian customers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes on returned items.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
• Final sale and archive sale items are not eligible for return
