I never received my order — what do I do?Updated 7 days ago

Please note: Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been confirmed, Sporty & Rich is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. Shipping carriers assume full responsibility for packages in their possession. That said, we're here to help guide you through the claims process.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend taking the following steps:

• Check with neighbors or building management
• Check any alternate delivery locations (mailroom, side door, etc.)
• Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early

If your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier:

• U.S. orders: File a UPS Claim
• International orders: Contact DHL or FedEx directly via their websites
