We ship all orders from California, USA to domestic and select international destinations, and aim to make delivery as simple and transparent as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may extend slightly during launches, archive sales, restocks, or other high-volume periods.
Please note: once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout, with costs automatically calculated based on weight, destination, and service level:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Transit times begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time (3-5 business days).
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Carrier delays due to weather, customs, staffing, or other factors are outside of our control
International Shipping

International Duties & Taxes
Duties, taxes, and fees vary by destination.
In many countries, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. In others, these charges may be shown at checkout or collected by local customs upon delivery. When duties and taxes are shown at checkout, the total is guaranteed. Any duties or taxes assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable.
You’ll always see how duties and taxes are handled for your destination before completing checkout.
International Returns & Refunds
For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes required to send the item back to the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs vary by destination and carrier and will be calculated and clearly shown during the return request process. The total amount will be deducted from your final refund once the return is received and processed.
You’ll always see the full breakdown of return-related costs before confirming your return. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been provided, Sporty & Rich is unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If your package hasn't arrived, we recommend first checking with neighbours, your building reception, or any safe spots near your door — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected places. If it's still missing, please reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.
